CORRECTION - title should say OWS not OWE

I have also asked this at the EK forum, but unsure where the best place is to discuss so here we go again:
I am travelling on a QF ticketed EK flight LHR-BNE. I am OWS thru BA, so should receive lounge access. Am I going to be able to access any lounge (QF, EK, other) at LHR, DXB and BNE when on a Y ticket as I would in any other case?
