The hold time to talk to an agent is over an hour and there was no option for a call back. Would we get 2 checked bags due to our status? We are flying Tokyo-HK-Singapore. The cost is a little over $500 pp. Scoot seems to be about the same price so CP sounds like a better deal. This is for a late April flight.
