I'd say Grand Hyatt would be better if you prefer a location with conveniences of a first world country. It is located in a rather new, upscale neighbourhood called Bonifacio Global City (BGC). On the other hand, Sheraton Manila Bay is located in the old part of Manila. It has lots of bars and nightclubs around. It's grittier, but more authentic side of Manila.
