If your WestJet Gold/Platinum number was entered, your boarding pass
should have shown "Sky Priority" ... giving you access to the Sky Priority lanes at check-in and boarding, and early boarding. Everything should be automated ... nothing is really left to agent discretion (or even requires agents to understand the program) anymore. Nobody should even need to 'see' your status in order to give you access to the benefits. Did this not happen?

Delta won't status match WestJet (claiming they won't match status for a Delta 'partner' airline). In fact, I don't know of
any airline that will match a WestJet status...
