Both. Breakfast is virtually identical at both properties - it's a la carte where you get juice, tea/coffee, a pastry platter, a fruit platter, cereal/toast, and your choice of a main - which includes everything from eggs benedict to lobster omelette.
Agreed that suites are on the small side at both properties.
Only the Maxwell has a lounge.
