Of course, as others pointed out, people sometimes did, but you're not supposed to. If you've been having it for 10 years, you've done VERY well for yourself, so I'd be looking at that as a positive all round, rather than a negative
Absolutely A positive thing for knowing I should have never gotten TP for Avios and finding this out after so long, But horribly negative and crushing thinking I now should be just 5 TP away from Gold. Which means I will not make it there now. 😭😭
