AY just sent me a "passengers' rights" document. I hadn't contacted them, so I'm sort-of impressed by the gesture.

Less impressed that they immediately kybosh any expectation of EU compensation on the grounds of industrial action being considered extraordinary. Fair enough, I suppose: though I'll be peed off if they try to get out of hotel costs as duty of care. Im at the quirky Holiday Inn, so not exactly living it up on their dime ..
