Somebody from JL in DEL has to check you off a list and mark your BP with 'DT'. You could
- contact JL in DEL in advance and make sure that there is someone at the transfer desk who know knows you are coming: or
- book a room at the HIX and have them escort you thru transit security
- scribble 'DT' on your BP yourself and just head to transit security with confidence
