I have flown out on this flight a few times. It is usually the last US flight of the morning - JFK and ORD flights are scheduled to depart 9:45 and 10:25 respectively.
The First lounge staff advised to head to USPC around 9:30am. After a brisk walk to Gate 58 you'll find a "Priority" a lane for F/J and EY Guest Plat/Gold at the entry to the USPC facility. There is a "priority" lane at the scanners too.
TBH every time I've done this on the IAD flight it was empty and I flew through security and US Customs posts - even without GE. The lounge is pretty spartan but has the usual snacks, food and drinks available along with bathrooms, office space and wifi. Again, as the IAD flight is usually the last out it is normally lightly populated, if the JFK or ORD flights are delayed then obviously it will be busier, even when J was full.
