Did TA apply credit from cancelled flights to new flights back or were these with a different carrier?
Unfortunately, I did not book via DL directly - but through a corporate booking portal (per policy at the time), so I was unable to see the full fare construction. I am unsure if the TA applied the credit to future flights - as our corporate booking system will generally automatically use the eCredit future DL flights. Unfortunately because of that misdirection I did not catch what the actual eCredit amount was, but what I'm hearing is that it was likely to be the "unspent" amount that I didn't get MQDs for?

DL website does indicate an 'R' reward method.

I have since wrested the ability to just book directly on the DL website, so hopefully this confusion is no more.
