What is the best place to ride out a long wait in SEA? I have a trip coming up with a 12-hour layover. I'm out of lounge passes for the year so unless they start selling day passes again I won't have lounge access (it doesn't make sense for me to buy a membership because I recently switched home airports). I realize that with a long wait like that I could leave and come back but that seems like an expensive hassle. Does anyone have a favorite quiet corner with comfortable seating and outlets I may have overlooked?
SEA is a pretty big airport and generally easy to get through. The train system is actually quite easy and quick. Since AS stopped selling day passes I've checked out a couple lounges with my Priority Pass. I think they're called "Club Lounges" or something like that. There are also some other ones so you might look into a day pass at one of those if you don't have a Priority Pass. If no lounge access you should definitely be able to find somewhere to hang out. In my travels I've seen a lot of nice quiet places but didn't pay enough attention to be able to give you any specifics. I'd probably start by taking the trains between terminals and walking each section. That alone would kill an hour or more.
