My concierge has been very slow to respond for months now. The last response I got from her asked me to monitor inventory to apply my SNA. I saw it open up, emailed her, and she emailed me back a few days later saying I should just call in in the future, even though inventory was still available. Since I am abroad, I messaged Hyatt concierge on Twitter and they applied it almost immediately.
I’d reach out to them and see if they can get someone assigned. They appear to be more competent than the actual concierge.
To be honest, I never even bother with email. Not willing to risk the time delay and have the TSU inventory disappear. I'm not a Twitter user, so I just call the MHC line. It's really never taken me more than about 15 minutes to handle it each time.
