I was very impressed upon arrival at SAN. Small airport with a helpful information booth and super easy to get to the ride share pickup from Terminal 2.

Departing was a different story. CLEAR was down. I got one of those pink TSA Pre-check cards. A TSA worker told me I had to take off my shoes. When I showed her the pink card she said the Pre-check line was closed.

This was early in the morning, so maybe that had something to do with it although there many pax.

I was surprised that departure from SAN seemed so disorganized.
