Aside from that location was looking at Residence Inn Dulles 28 Center, Springhill Suites, mostly because of close proximity, free shuttle, and breakfast (and looks relatively new).
No lounge at the Marriott Suites in Herndon. Yes, free breakfast for Elites, but not sure about Saturday and Sunday, so might want to check with the hotel.

I stay at the Marriott Suites in Herndon all the time, as others have said upthread the strip mall is really nice - Panera, Fridays, a great Thai restaurant, nice Gym, movie theater, etc,
