in the mean time another points booking for my wife for the week after next next with no difference or notification. It would have made the “other guests “ field on the booking form quite redundant.
I thought about that and asked for a supervisor. She confirmed everything the agent said.
Next morning I asked at the front desk of the IHG hotel I was staying in, about this new policy and the agent knew nothing about it.
