My MAN-LHR (1387) did the same thing. Started at the rear most row, where I was sitting, row 6. Good crew also. Very strange.

Didn't happen on my next flight, but wouldn't have mattered. Just the 17 passengers total (4 in CE) on an A320 to GVA. A novel experience in non covid times.
