If all three flights are on the same PNR you should have no problem in checking in your luggage to its final destination. As far as which company's rules are concerned, for checked luggage it is the rules of the longest segment. In fact, this should be written on your ticket. Hand luggage is a different story and each company will enforce its own rules.
