There always was a Singaraja lounge in the past, but it just used to offer some drinks (water, a juice, tea, coffee from a machine) and some fruits and cookies, never sandwiches in afternoon and certainly not some (limited) evening drinks.

This seems to explain why the gap between Jimbaran Deluxe and Singaraja rooms post renovation increased significantly from like 20-30$ gap to 80-100$ which made no sense initially before this "increased" offering was rolled out.

Club access seems unchanged (well except for no transport from & to airport any longer) and tied to Club rooms, Club suites and named specialty suites.

If one books a Singaraja type room nowadays, seems breakfast is included by virtue of the room category, so one should not book a breakfast rate.

For RA should still be in Club Intercontinental, but I agree that folks with lounge access benefit may be directed to Singaraja lounge. To be seen.
