This happened to me. Hadn’t heard a peep for 15 days. I called the mileage plus number I found on google. They transferred me to the 1k agents since that what I was matching to. That 1k agent updated my status and then backdated the match to my requested start date.

I applied for the match on Nov 8 for a start date of Nov 18 with my Qantas Oneworld Emerald, which the form said was equivalent to MileagePlus Platinum. Haven’t been upgraded yet or had any rejection. Was hoping to include a flight on Nov 23 towards the requirements.
