BNE-YVR. I chose the braised beef as a similar sounding meal recently was excellent. This was poor. I never knew u could over braise. The meet was tasteless and like jello. The dessert was pretty dry. I chose the pancakes for breakfast. I assumed that had long ago absorbed any sauce so they we also dry. Cried out for some maple syrup.

Otherwise it was a good flight with excellent service. Sparkling wine when we boarded. Hot towel and warm nuts.

We connected from Perth on Virgin Australia which was convenient. Agents struggled with the checkin for reasons unknown.
