I'm Silver and traveling with 4 others tomorrow including my 2 elderly parents. Myself and 1 of my parents have been confirmed upgraded. Is it possible for me to swap myself with my other parent and give them my upgrade? I know sometimes flight attendants don't like you changing unannounced. Maybe the gate agent can process the swap?
