Actually this turned out to be not quite accurate. I was invited by the director of F&B to come back to JG Sky High for a complimentary meal for two (excluding alcohol) to make up for my less than stellar experience there. I took him up on the offer; by the time I did, he’d been transferred to Hawaii but he connected me to the new director for F&B who arranged for a reservation and a great table right by the windows. The food was good, service was great, but then I got a check for $150

. Rather than make a big deal about it, I just laughed and put down my card. When I got back the receipt to be signed, the total had been changed to $101, so I got $49 off my meal. Lol.
Shocking that the attempt at a service recovery was so bungled at a Four Seasons, but not shocking for the fact that it’s Philly…
