They were not waiting with a sign — they did have a desk in the arrivals hall but basically just to tell you to go walk down to the dock and find their desk there. So it wasn’t too difficult, but definitely not a seamless, hands-held experience if that’s what you are hoping for, especially if your parents aren’t experienced travelers. (You do also need to carry your own luggage the 15-minute walk to the dock.)
