Ive had shenanigans at KOA also.....just swapping my seats out for others in Premium class and the like for friends.....see it all the time, including at LAX for standby as i have mentioned many times before. EDIT clarification: they forced me to another seat just to accomodate thier friends and want to sit together instead of two middle seats.

THIS IS A SYSTEMWIDE problem right now. I called many times and got the "well they wouldnt risk thier jobs" speech. I dont mind good seats if all have been processed according to policy. But its become to blatant that i see it almost everytime i fly these days.

I dive with scuba gear all the time....ive seen buddies at the counter get away with 70lbs cuz they know them...then they give me a third degree for 52lbs....even though oneworld standard is 70lbs....also a subject i hope of the FF forum!
