Hoping this isn’t a service “enhancement” - on my flight to CPH today, bar was closed at about 60 minutes to landing, and 20 minutes before the descent even began. At an hour to go (and I think less than half way of flight time) the crew came through and took everyone’s unfinished drinks away “in preparation for landing” (and then disappeared behind the curtain until the captain announced 10 minutes to landing and turned on the seatbelt sign).
A bit strange - could be the crew managing their break entitlements but at least one crew member should be on duty to deliver any ad hoc requests and not impact on customer proposition. However the early preparation for landing is v strange at an hour to go.
