There are a few reports here, here, and here. The villas are basically identical but the beach villas are noted for feeling more spacious due to the beach access and being closer to restaurants/amenities. From a quantitative perspective, the sunset beach villa is $500/night more than the ocean view overwater villas.

You might be able to switch, but they likely won't confirm until you're actually there.
