I have filed a small claims suit against AC regarding a flight originating at PDX in the US. I am looking for the AC business agent name and address for the US. I know people have won small claims suits against AC in the US so I hope someone out there has this info.

I served the PDX ticket counter staff, as I had been led to believe would suffice but the courts are requiring an AC business agent name and address. This is not an easy thing to find. The PDX ticket counter staff told the process server we should send it to 100 International Coop Rd, Terminal 2, 4th Floor, Room 24108, San Francisco, CA 94128. A search of the address only brings up the SFO terminal. I assume Room 24108 is behind security.

I also found AC listed at 125 Park Ave, New York, NY 10017 which is an office building near Grand Central. No office # or even floor. The phone # associated with the address is the AC general customer service number.

They are not listed under any business searches including the Secretary of State sites for Oregon, CA or NY outside of the 125 Park address.
