I used NordVPN to book my tickets today, so maybe they block the same IP address for a certain period of time? But as they don't have only one japanese server, it shouldn't be a problem with a different server. My hotel recommend me to not use a gmail.com address for registration. Maybe that could also help.
hm that sounds promising then. I tried a handful of different servers and they all failed unfortunately. But perhaps I can try a gmail. Is there one in particular you used? A korean one like Naver or my yahoo email are my other options
