We had to wait 15 minutes on board after landing at at Southampton last month all because they needed to put 4 cones out to guide us from stairs to bus. The stairs guy and the bus guy weren't allowed to do the cone thing. Someone else had to come and do that. If you're familiar with SOU you'll also be asking yourself why on earth was a bus needed in the first place. 🇬🇧
