Does Haneda normally have a priority security entrance like Narita? I have always flown in and out of Narita pre-pandemic and took advantage of the priority security for JGC and up. I did not see anything like that when I flew out of Haneda last month, and when I inquired I was told that all the priority security gates were closed during the pandemic. Granted, the domestic first class counter and priority security gate didn't seem to have any issue being open during the pandemic
There was a fast track option in Haneda pre pandemic, most airlines only allowed their own elites through. As well as J and F. But it was a bit random how it was applied, and at time due to a limited number of tracks, it was faster to go through the regular line. The JAL First Class line at Narita was always better. But for both Narita T2 and Haneda International I have yet to experience (notice?) fast track back in action.
