Similar issue - I have a booking, but I am not a member. I need to request wheelchair assistance for one member of our party and add a frequent flyer number for myself, but there is no option anywhere on the website to do either of those things, it's insane!
So I need to waste 2-3hrs on the phone waiting for a cell center agent to do that for me?
How is this feature missing from the website?
