With the new GE kiosk flow where you don't make any customs declaration at the kiosk, how/where would I declare items?
I'll be over the duty free limit for wine and I want to pay the appropriate levies/fees rather than trying to "sneak through" and risk losing GE if I get caught.
Should I declare it to the CBP agent collecting the GE kiosk printouts before walking to the baggage claim area? Or do they not even give you a printout nowadays?
Or wait until I have collected my bags and reach the customs area exit?
