yeah, for a single case of wine it is definitely possible but unlikely you will be sent to secondary for calculation and payment of duties. But, if sent to secondary to pay, you should expect
at least 30 minutes added to processing - more if you are arriving at rush hour or other peak travel time. But again, it is unlikely for 12 bottles or less.
