As far as I know, right now JL is the one and only OW lounge at HND. There used to be a CX lounge but don't know if it will ever reopen, they have some bigger issues to deal with still.

In terms of what's available right now, obviously JL F lounge is best but only accessible if you are flying First or have Emerald status. JL Sakura lounges (business) are extremely mediocre.

Back before I was OneWorld Emerald I always went to the CX lounge, it was much better than the Sakura lounge. Frankly even now, if / when the CX lounge reopens, I might go to the JL F lounge for a premium whiskey then go to the CX lounge to eat as I find their food much better. JL doesn't really go out of their way on lounge food in either lounge (unless you love Japanese Curry, then you're in heaven)
