Of the remaining staggered business class planes, JA786A just flew to SBD. JA789A (former BB-8) is still parked in HND. JA790A has flown to XMN, likely to be reconfigured.
JA787A, JA791A, and JA792A have been flying NH 6/5 NRT-LAX-NRT since the beginning of winter season. NH 8/7 to SFO has been downgauged to a 789 for the winter season, likely as ANA uses the low season to complete reconfigurations, but I expect it to return as a 77W once the summer schedule is released.
There are no published plans on whether the remaining business staggered will get reconfigured or not. And if yes, what the time line will be. ANA is pretty debt ridden at the moment, so if not committed to the expense, I am sure they would delay.
