Instand Upgrade is a very old function. It allowed a economy booking and receipt and then the extra upgrade step

Note if the upgrade inventory disappears, the button, if not yet selected, will also.
Isn't that "post booking" though? Like when would the button disappear? Or are you saying that it will show up if the PNR is created when there is PZ space, and remain there until PZ disappears?
