For anyone who's registered for the Instant Status Pass, when does the status actually "kick in?"

It's been 3 days since the AAdvantage team approved my request to match from 1K, and the dashboard shown as EP. However, I still haven't seen my name on the upgrade list <12 hrs before departure, even when both the app and under "manage my booking" indicate upgrades are requested. BPs are group 6.

It seems that other OW airlines don't recognize it either as there were charges when I attempt to select my seats on Finnair.
