I got this earlier this year HNL-SEA on a paid FC (well, deep discount Z class) ticket. Only one choice so I got an amenity/miles coupon "as I was an elite" (KL PE). The main course I got turned out to be better than the one I didn't get! Wouldn't have been too chocked as it was my 5th NW (and my 6th) meal of the calendar day.
