You have business lounge access based on your LA ticket. The QF website info is convoluted as LATAM has exited Oneworld so the former Oneworld benefits no longer apply across Oneworld carriers. However QF has a special arrangement for LATAM so pax booking the QF codeshare on LATAM are treated much the same as when LATAM was a Oneworld carrier. None of this affects you. Don't worry about it.
The QF website is intended for QF passengers and/or frequent flyers. Many airlines make bilateral deals for lounge access at airports across the world, it's the responsibility of the operating carrier to publish those details, not the lounge.
For example, QF was using the DL lounge in HNL recently - I do not expect DL to have information that QF pax can access the lounge on their website. That's found on QF's site.
