There is one aspect of TLV which is that all customers are screened verbally before getting to check-in desks. If hand baggage only there is a central queue in the middle of the concourse. Now it can add between 0 and 30 minutes to the process, but it depends on overall TLV traffic. So if you're used to turning up 60 minutes to departure then you may get into issues there, whereas in LIS this may be ok. At the gate I would imagine boarding starts 40 or so minutes to departure and if you are at the gates 30 minutes to departure then you'll still be OK. It's the getting to the gate area that maybe time consuming.
