Thanks all for the responses. I figured out this is a glitch on AA's website and it is still happening. It sometimes shows the seatmap of the 12/2/2022 flight instead (I was shopping for this day too) versus the 12/1/2022 seatmap even though I am clicking on that one for sure, which is so weird.

(and yes 2022 my bad haha)

Screenshot is below. I guess it must be some glitch for when you go back and forth between days and seatmaps. First time I've ever seen this though.
