What is the MCT for an International to Domestic transfer in DEL on separate tickets? Would the below itinerary be feasible with no checked luggage, only hand carry?

Arriving on JAL from HND at 18:20
Departing on AirAsia India to GOI at 20:10

It looks like JAL and AirAsia both operate in Terminal 3.
