Travelpro Maxlite 5 21”, and it just barely fits in the overhead. Dimensions are advertised as
23 inches x 14.5 inches x 9 inches. It’s a bit wider at the wheel end than the top (and I didn’t measure to see whether the reported depth is at the wheels or at the top). It gets a little stuck at the wheel side when first going in and needs a gentle shove to get it in. It also appears short enough to fit in the first C/D bin, which is shorter than the rest.
I know this is an old thread but I thank you for that info. I've enjoyed using my TravelPro Global 2 Wheeled Carry-on. I love how it fits overhead longways in J on the CRJ900 on the D/F side.
It was showing its age and I decided to try the 22" MaxLite 5 hoping it would fit.
