as sydneyracquelle mentioned, multiple airports covered by a single destination code and rebookings due to schedule changes are the only ways I know to make this happen ... in OP's case, SLC and RAP are likely too far apart to be able to take advantage of a schedule change (I was able to score SAN/SNA but that was almost certainly a one-off lucky outcome; it was also ~2010, and 'YMMV" was a lot more variable then esp for a first-time PM)
