Cathay cancelled BKK to SIN and refused to provide alternative arrangements or compensation. Said it was Alaska ticket and Alaska was responsible. Said that they could not even rebook on same route. Only Alaska could change or work with the ticket.
So not delivered to final ticketed destination: SIN.
Now Alaska says that Cathay is responsible.

Did you already fly or are in route? If not asking AS to work with their Cx liaison can help. At end of the day the BKK to SIN is a short hop that you can buy for very cheap cash fares. So if they are willing to fly to BKK it’s not the end of the world.
