I detest Balmain so much it makes me think twice about staying at GHs. It actually hurts my skin. If I do, I ask housekeeping to switch to something else if they can. Usually they oblige.
Le Labo is my favorite by far. Some PHs in China have started using no name bar soaps that are awful. Cost cutting
pharmacopeia is a good smell. The body wash, shampoos and conditioners all good. The bat soap not good, especially the oval face soap and the square. The rectangular bar is ok but rarely given out. But all doable
The Balmain products burn my skin and my skin isn't even sensitive. There's something in them that is an allergen to me, but I guess it doesn't effect enough people for them to take notice. I detest the Balmain toiletries as well, by far the worst toiletries I've used at Hyatts with Silver Saskia Diez coming in second. The strong, overpowering and lingering scent makes me want to wash the scents off with a different cleanser.
