COMPLAIN about DOLFIN1920
After a month of unprofessional service (endless absolutely useless correspondence) by baggage contractor LH/LX.
The suitcase ("fancy high tech" Samsonite) had its handle torn off, indicating that it had been pulled/hit fairly hard (it wasn't too heavy).
The delivery man said to call the baggage contractor.
The LC sent me instructions to go to the DOLFI1920 page and file a report there. Browsing this site, it looks like they are going to take the bag and then try to fix it.
But these were only the first promises.
After that they offer to repair the suitcase themselves and they will reimburse (do you believe it?) the costs.
I believe that the money for repairs should come from their pocket, not from my pocket ( I pay insurance).
I wonder what you think about the service of Dolfi1920?
