Not even. I heat a 12" cast iron skillet on med for 4 minutes, turn to low then add the pizza for 3 minutes. There is usually no clean-up at all. Just wipe the skillet with a paper towel. I've tried every other conceivable method and none works as well. I actually often do this with fresh take-out pizza when I get it home as it revitalizes it to "hot out of the pizza oven" perfection.
7 mins wait + washing up is clearly waaaaaay too long to wait for a reheated slice of pizza, when you can microwave it to a steaming mess in 60 seconds on full (and leave the filthy tray in the appliance for Somebody Else™ to clean).
