Thanks, that's what I'm expecting but when I didn't get pretty much immediate status like last year my mind starts to wander.... I'm wondering if AS is aware of just what a mess this California flight "gift" promotion has turned into for a lot of us. I'd have to think so if they are no having to process status milestones "manually." I'd love to be a fly on the wall when IT management talks to the marketing management.
