I'm 75K without Calf. bonus miles but did get 5K bonus "we're sorry" EQMs which makes me a bit nervous. I dug up the attached email and the exclusions only list that they don't count towards status-matching but I'd sure feel better I could see my 75K status with lounge passes and bonus miles. I'd take another trip to reach 75K if I had to.
Did they confirm that you are 75K and will get the things or was the phone agent just speaking in general terms? Fwiw, that seems to be a bit different than some others have reported. Hard to believe AS is inconsistent with a policy
